One-on-one Somatic + Strength training sessions begin with a series of somatic movements, building into body-weight and core exercise, strength training with dumbbells, TRX, and kettlebells. Applying somatic awareness to your workout for exercise that actually feels good. Prerequisite: Completion of at least four Hanna Somatic Education sessions.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy Notice If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide a 24-hour advance notice. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full price of your appointment. If you have a current package plan, the session will be deducted from your current plan.
